Participation is for approved / invited vendors only.
Final placement is determined solely by First Fridays + AKFA.
No specific placement, corner, or frontage is guaranteed.
Vendor layout is curated to support guest flow, line management, and overall festival balance.
Registration fees become non-refundable after August 26th, 2026.
No refunds will be issued for rain, weather, reduced attendance, or circumstances outside organizer control.
Power is not included unless separately paid for.
Generator use must be disclosed in advance and approved in writing.
Failure to provide required documentation may result in cancellation without refund.
