First Fridays + AKFA reserve the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel the event due to safety, permitting, force majeure, or other operational reasons.

Power access is limited, subject to approval, and requires an additional fee.

All registration payments are non-refundable after August 26th, 2026.

Cancellations made before that date may be eligible for a partial refund, less any administrative fees.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and postmarked before August 1, 2026

Registration / payment alone does not guarantee final placement unless your participation has been approved in writing by First Fridays + AKFA.

We reserve the right to curate the final mix of vendors based on food category, operational needs, guest flow, and overall festival balance.

Only approved generators may be used.

Vendors must disclose generator use in advance.

Generators must meet festival noise, safety, and fuel-handling requirements.

Unapproved generator use will not be allowed onsite.description

All vendors must provide required documentation by the stated deadlines, which may include:

• certificate of insurance (COI)

• health permit / county permit

• seller’s permit

• vehicle dimensions

• power / generator needs

All vendors must submit their proposed menu, pricing range, and service format in advance.

First Fridays + AKFA reserve the right to limit duplicate offerings or request adjustments for overall category balance.

Only approved food, beverage, and related service items may be sold.

Any merchandise or additional sales items must be disclosed and approved in advance.

Approved vendors will receive a production schedule with assigned arrival windows, load-in instructions, operating hours, and strike timing.

Vendors must arrive and depart within their assigned windows and may not break down early without approval.

Late arrival may result in loss of placement, delayed entry, or cancellation without refund, depending on the impact to operations and safety.

Vendors are responsible for keeping their footprint clean throughout the day and for proper handling of trash, recycling, gray water, grease, and product waste in accordance with city and health rules.

Vendors may be required to use approved compostable / recyclable serviceware and comply with festival sustainability guidelines.

Only approved signage and no sound usage will be allowed or tolerated.

First Fridays + AKFA reserve the right to restrict any branding, displays, flags, speakers, or promotional behavior that interferes with the guest experience or neighboring vendors.

Yes, for a publicity fee.

AKF will consider proposals to consideration for inclusion on marketing emails, social media posts, and mentions in the media.

Selected vendors may be included in festival marketing at organizer discretion, but inclusion is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Placement on maps, listings, or promotional content will be curated by AKFA / First Fridays.
