AKFA mandates that each Frontage Activation carries their own industry-standard insurance requirements for both their own crew and staff as well as for festival attendees who are interacting at the brand activation.
A sample COI will be provided upon execution of agreement.

Every Boulevard Frontage Activation receives:

Larger activations may receive additional communications opportunities based on programming and partnership level.

Your activation will be positioned adjacent to your storefront whenever operationally possible.
Final placement is determined by PARTI + AKFA based on guest circulation, safety, emergency access, production needs, and overall festival curation.

Sampling is encouraged when appropriate for your brand.
All products and distribution methods must be disclosed to AKFA + PARTI to be approved in advance.

Availability is limited and allocated on a first-approved basis.

The Initial deposits are non-refundable.
Payments in full become non-refundable after August 25, 2026.
No refunds are provided for weather, reduced attendance, force majeure, or circumstances outside organizer control.
